Alte Nationalgalerie

Alte Nationalgalerie is the old National Gallery of Berlin and where I spent approx. 45 mins to kill time, as I was travelling solo through Europe in 2019. I thought I’d post some photos from my little shoot, with edited skies to brighten the mood 😁
Tips for taking your own photos:

  • Use a tripod. I was using a short 15 cm one. If you don’t have one, try to find vantage points to stabilise your camera. Consider things like hedges, fences, on top of your bag and jacket.
  • Remember the photos will be a low angled shot. Consider tilting head upwards to elongate your neck (and hide the double chin 😉) and keeping your back straight.
  • If you have a remote, use it. Otherwise, keep your camera on a timer.
  • Always take a pre-shot so you know where you have to sit/stand in the photo. Consider what else will be in your shot.
  • Take multiple shots

Wow, marvelous weblog format! How lengthy have you been blogging for? you made running a blog glance easy. The total look of your web site is fantastic, let alone the content material!!
