This is a small eatery opened inside Regent Place in Townhall Sydney. They serve fresh hand-pulled noodles. This place is packed during peak hours so you have to be fast to secure a seat.
Food
This was marinated pig ears. This was mediocre. It was too cold and chewy. We didn’t finish it.
This was the classic beef brisket noodle soup for $19.50. It was a tad lacking in flavour, but still had all the main components of this dish. The beef were the right cuts, with a soft chewy texture. There was a good balance of bok choy and garnishes. And the noodles were soft and chewy too.
This was the pork soft bone with dry noodles for $18.
Review
We enjoyed the meal. If we’re ever craving handpulled noodles in the city, we would come back here but for these cravings, we prefer to go to 1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodles in Burwood.
