Hello, I’m trying to keep up with this monthly diet update thing I’ve started 😂. We revisited a lot of our favourite restaurants this month so I didn’t take many photos.

We’ve relaxed on intermittent fasting this month. We eat whenever we’re hungry now. In regards to my weight, I am 58.5 kg, having lost 5 kg since New Years Day. And my conventional deadlift is 80 kg, 3 x 3, woo!

Dopa by Devon
We had 8 don bowls at Dopa by Devon with E&A + J&J one weekend and wow, there was so many wagyu bowls our stomachs got sick of the fat and oil 😂. The quality of the food was still amazing and their Junmai sake was enjoyable (LINK). It was difficult for us to finish the rice but luckily E&A smashed it.
Smokin' Aces Cocktail Bar
We spent Valentine’s day at Smokin’ Aces. We only ordered one round of every dish on the menu (when in January we had 3 rounds) so I guess the portion control is working. We still had the same amount of alcohol so our tolerance has not changed 😆.
Cho Cho San
We had Cho Cho San with some new friends. Most of the dishes were the same as our last visit, especially the black sesame mochi ice cream 😍 (LINK). The server we had was on the ball with everything – absolutely amazing service.
Mr Stone Bowl
We had another overindulging meal at Mr Stone Bowl with N&A, with A joining us. Between the 5 of us, we had 11 dishes 😳 but this time, we walked home with 2 takeaway boxes so again, the diet plan is working. Full food review (LINK).
Jang Ta Bal
It’s not KBBQ unless it’s at JTB. Between 6 people we had 6 different meat dishes, a seafood pancake, two egg soups and 4 sojus. It was a lot less than what we would normally eat.
Mandoo
These Korean dumplings were soo good. We always end up getting the bulgogi and prawn ones, probably every 2-3 months. Unfortunately due to our portion control, we only ordered two dishes this time around.
HSP
Our monthly FAT FEED was HSP. We only ordered one beef snack pack and we could barely finish it. It took us 3 meals to demolish this. I can’t believe we used to eat one each! 😱 Holy crap, we were fat. This was from the Auburn Kebab House.
