If you are ever heading to the dog friendly beach in Kyeemagh or going to Rockdale, stop by this little shop on the side of the road for a delicious and fulfilling sandwich.
Food
This was the perfect ham and cheese sandwich. The crust was crispy, the insides were soft and the cheese pull was good 🤤.
This was the poched chook sandwich, a monster baguette with wombok cabbage, poached chicken, slaw, pickled carrots, mayo, chives and avocado. It even tasted good heated up hours later.
This was one of the best fish sandwiches we’ve had. The fish was light with a fluffy battered coat. The tartar sauce was balanced, elevated by the cheese and lettuce 🤤.
Finally the fried scallops were to die for! Fluffy potato fillings with crispy batter, coated in aromatic salts and seasonings.
Review
It was a 9 out of 10 visit. We would eat here again. The only downside was the price ($15+ per item) and the parking (it’s located on a really busy main road).
