This is a Michelin-guided beef noodle spot, as seen on Sonny’s video (Best Ever Food Review Show). It was really good, with soft chewy noodles. We did find the broth a tad blander than expected but still amazing for our first authentic “Taiwanese beef noodle soup” in Taipei.
