From Saturday till today, we visited Rome, Italy and stayed at the Little Queen Pantheon. Upon arrival, I was, unfortunately, sick with food poisoning so making our way to the hotel was a real struggle because Mick had to carry 3 luggage across Rome’s cobblestone ground (soz, babe!). However, once we made it to the hotel, everything was turning positive 😆.
We booked through bookings.com and splurged on the king room because it was Mick’s birthday week.
Disclosure: We want to share our hotel experiences with details and honesty since there is a lot of sponsored/fake content out there. Also, we might re-book a place and this helps us remember where we stayed 😂. Our photos were taken on our Sony RX100V and we did not use a wide-angle lens.

Location
The hotel is located a 1-minute walk from the Pantheon!! It’s located in a tiny alleyway so taxis will drop off on the main road about a 5-minute walk away. When we arrived, we were really sceptical because the building and elevator were old and dodgy-looking, but once we got to the top level (hotel entrance), we were greeted by the most beautiful lobby space and the nicest host/owner, Erwin.
Room
Bed: The king-sized bed was amazing. It was soft with a nice firmness to it that supported our backs. We had the best rest during these five nights.
Cleanliness: On arrival, everything was spotless and smelled like vanilla. It felt very luxurious, perfect for a king (aka Mick). We also loved the interior design of the rooms and it was one of the reasons we booked it.
Space: The king room had so much space we were not used to 😂. Our 2 large luggage was left open on the floor and did not get in our way at all. There was a two-seater couch in the corner which made it a perfect place to sort our laundry.

Noise: Almost soundproof. We could hear the occasional clink of cutlery and cups in the middle of the night because other hotel guests were using the shared kitchen but it was honestly muted enough that it barely bothered us. We slept so well like two fat babies.
Air-conditioning: I don’t think we used it much because the room was well-ventilated and insulated. It was winter when we visited so we didn’t need to open the window, although we did one night when we had McDonald’s. Gotta air out that smell LOL.
Technology: Wifi was really fast! We spent most of our time streaming content rather than watching the TV.

Bathroom: We loved how grand and minimalistic the bathroom was. It was a little trippy seeing a second toilet (a bidet) but apparently, this is very common in Italy.
Amenities: There was always tea and coffee by our desk. There was a shared kitchen space in the lobby area where we could get breakfast (if we wanted). We got new towels every single day. The closet space was amazing.

Extras: After checking out today, we didn’t realise we had the buzzer in our pockets until we reached Florence 😰 but luckily Erwin was really understanding about it and we were able to mail it back to the hotel. Phew!
Also, Erwin’s hospitality was amazing. He gave us maps, shortcuts, food recommendations and tips that made our Rome visit all the more special.
Thank you so much! Highly recommend this hotel! ✌🏻
