Park Guell

Park Guell is a famous, large park in Barcelona, designed by Antoni Guell. It costs 10€ per person to entre the monument section of the park. We strolled through this tourist attraction after lunch today.
We got lost trying to get to the park from the station. A friendly Spanish lady showed us to these escalators, allowing us to reach the outskirt of the park.
Once inside the park, we had to find the monument section (the closed-off section of Guell’s work). There were 3 entrances but the signs were not very clear so give yourself plenty of time to explore before your entry time on your ticket. There was only a 30-minute window for entry and we almost missed it (because I was the tour guide 🤦🏻‍♀️😂).
The roof of this iconic building was mostly under construction so there was only a 4-metre wide bench where all the tourists were crowding around for their Instagram shot.
After the monuments, the crowds dispersed and there was a nice garden to explore. We really enjoyed our time at this park. It was a romantic 2 hours 🥰.
Thanks for reading! These were some gorgeous views of Barcelona from inside the park 😄.
