We were supposed to be travelling to Perth in a fortnight but the future looks bleak for interstate travel. NSW is currently in our 8th week of lockdown (and the first week of “harsh restrictions”) with approx 450 new Covid-19 cases daily. I know, I know, our numbers are nothing compared to American and Europe but alas, our vaccine rate is poor and we need these restrictions in place to protect our community 😔.
I was excited to take Mick to Perth for his first time but 🤷🏻♀️ it is what it is. Here are some unedited photos from my 2011 and 2015 visits as I reminiscent what could have been.
