This is one of the crispiest Bánh Xèo and Bánh Khọt we’ve ever had. Unfortunately I didn’t take many photos because this restaurant is located in someone’s house in the alleyways of District 4, the “slums” of HCMC. But the trek was worth it. Food was 🤤.
