Tarts Anon is a new trending cafe located in Melbourne, Australia serving unique flavours in tart form. They release new flavours every month, with the option for delivery to certain suburbs for those lucky to live in the 4-weather-a-day city. Each slice was about $12-$14, as I paid $68 for pick up. Overall the savoury tarts were way better than the sweet ones.

We had to try their Signature Pear. This tasted more like a crumble pie. The pear flavour was very light, only highlighted by the scarce small chunks of the fruit. It was the least favourite of the order.
This was Earl Grey, Chocolate & Caraway. It was decadent and rich. The earl grey flavour was very subtle, overpowered by all the chocolate. This was okay.
This was the Ube & Coconut and like the previous two sweet flavours, this one was average. The ube flavour was nice but the coconut flavour was also subtle.
This Mushroom & Parmesan was so deliciously good!! It was flavourful and savoury. The shredded Parmesan was like light fluff, complementing the mushroom perfectly 🤤.
This Cheese and Bacon was THE BEST 🤤🤤. The bacon were chunky pieces, seasoned well among the tart base. The cheese was almost like a mousse layer. And the finely chopped chives balanced the bite. We highly recommend this slice.
