In the past few years, Instagram has changed the food industry and this café brings a strong game to the table. We’re talking dry ice, colourful plating and interactive cutlery, all for a reasonably cheap price in this day and age.

We got the butterfly pea & orange fruit tea and cold brew coffee. Both arrived with a show of dry ice and deconstruction. It was very creative and fun. The fruit tea was definitely fresh and perfect for the hot weather.

This was the smokey curry udon, with seafood, salted eggs and chilli oil. Mick and I both agreed this was super delicious for $12, with a large portion. The udon was cooked using the Vietnamese style, where they use egg yolks to create chunky bits. The spice was subtle and not overbearing.
It was a 40 degree Celsius day so I did not feel like eating much. I got the KPOP fries. The popcorn chicken was delicious, soft and not overcooked. The Korean gochujang sauce added a sweet taste. The portion was huge. Despite my best efforts, I had to take away half the dish and save it for later 😅.

We definitely recommend this cafe if you’re living in South West Sydney due to its showmanship and price. The cafe is located in Cabramatta. The only issue is the parking – the cafe is smack bang in the middle of one of the busiest suburbs in Sydney.
We found the cafe small and cosy, especially on this particularly hot day. The air condition was not strong enough to combat the heat and crowd. We recommend going on a cooler day.
