Yo! My Goodness is considered one of the best burger joints in Melbourne, according to Aaron. We ate here in September 2018, before the Subculture event. We found the location a bit out of the way for tourists, given that we had to rely on Aaron’s 86.
This was their classic yo my with cheese; a patty with beef, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and their secret sauce. It was $10 for a filling feed. The buns were soft, with no wow flavour there (we are biased to Mr Gee caramelised brioche buns in Sydney). The beef was juicy and thick. The secret sauce really pulled the burger together. We rated it 7.5/10.
We got nacho curly fries (left), which was a cheese sauce, sour cream guacamole, salsa jalapenos and spring onion for $10. It was salty with a slight hit of spice, and we definitely needed the guacamole to achieve a satisfying bite.
We also got curly fries (right), with their secret seasoning. They were crispy with a slight salt and chicken powder flavour.

REVIEW
This was a decent burger joint . If we lived in Melbourne, we would be more inclined to eat here again but alas, our visits are short and we want to indulge in other foods. We did enjoy the vibe and the scenic beach view.
